CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Saturday was the last call for some yummy Girl Scout Cookies in Chattanooga.
Over 6 hundred boxes were in stock for the cookie drive-thru at Second Missionary Baptist Church on East Third Street.
This year’s cookie season was able to make a positive comeback compared to last year when the pandemic struck.
Manager of Philanthropy relations Madyson Foster talks about the 20-20 cookie season experience.
“So I feel like this cookie season has been much better” said Foster. “Thank you for all the support from everybody in the community. We have definitely sold more cookies than we anticipated. We’re very, very thankful. However, we are going to just keep trekking along like Girl Scouts would and we’re just going to sell all the cookies that we can and next year we’re going to do the exact same thing.
You can still pick up your favorite box of Girl Scout Cookies at your local office.
