butter, softened
2 tbsp.
brown miso paste
1
garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp.
soy sauce
1 tbsp.
runny honey
- Put butter, 2tbsp brown miso paste and garlic in a medium bowl and beat with a handheld electric whisk for 2min, until well combined and pale. Add soy sauce and runny honey and beat to combine. Scrape on to a sheet of baking parchment or clingfilm, wrap into a sausage shape and chill until needed (up to 1 week).
