Catherine Frederick of Cathy’s Designer Cookies will be teaching a cookie decorating class at North Main Annex Gourmet Catering & Deli on Saturday, June 12, 9:30 – 11:30am.
Cookies decorated will be: Fun Fish, Putting Green (including a golf ball and a tee flag), Golf Ball, and a Crazy Neck Tie. Class will use Royal Icing to create all of the cookies and you will take home 4 completed cookies ready for gift giving!
Class will learn to outline and flood cookies and to add sparkle to the cookies with sanding sugar. You will also receive 3 recipes with this class. All techniques used in class will be easy and will help you to create your own beautiful cookies at home! Everything you need will be provided, unless you want to wear an apron to look like an official decorator. Bring your own apron if desired. Class price is $40.00/person.
There is limited seating, therefore reservations are needed. Please call North Main Annex Gourmet Catering & Deli at 812-250-4551 with credit card information to reserve your seat. Once reserved, the attendee must find an alternate person to attend, if they need to cancel. No refunds.
