Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup butter

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking soda

3-1/2 cups flour
Directions
Mix ingredients; beat well. Roll in sugar. Bake at 375 F until light golden.
I put criss-cross patterns on top with a fork or potato masher. I can’t tolerate peanuts (or nuts of any kind). But I found out if I sprinkle mixed nuts over my lettuce salad, it works. It’s delicious.
