La Josie is offering a wealth of Restaurant Week options, including both a $25 per person brunch and lunch menu, plus a three- or four-course dinner menu ($39 or $55 per person, respectively). For the latter, you can load up on either chips and salsa, guacamole or, my personal favorite, queso fundido for the first course (make sure to go with the chorizo option here). If you decide to go with four courses, the aguachile rojo is a must for the second course. Either way, I don’t skip the enchiladas for the penultimate course, though it’s a hard decision between the salsa verde or salsa roja version. Churro bites for dessert sound like the right route. Reservations are available for in-person dining, along with takeout and delivery. 740 W. Randolph St., 312-929-2900, lajosie.com
