Lucky Charms Ice Cream Sandwiches

Hearts, stars, horseshoes, clovers, and blue moons will definitely make your St. Patrick’s Day party feel luckier, and all you need to recreate this themed ice cream sandwich is 6 cups of magically delicious Lucky Charms cereal, 3 teaspoons of butter, a 10-ounce bag of marshmallows, and one pint of ice cream. Once you gather the ingredients, melt the butter over low heat and then add the marshmallows, stirring until completely melted. Then, remove the mixture from the heat and quickly stir in the Lucky Charms. Use a spatula to press the mixture into a sheet pan about half an inch thick and let it cool for at least 20 minutes. After your time’s up, punch out eight circles with a cookie cutter and place your favorite scoop of ice cream in between two circled mixtures. Then, freeze your creations until it’s party time and your guests will definitely start to feel the luck of the Irish!

Leprechaun Cookies

Leprechauns are the life of any party, so you’ll definitely want to add these to your menu. To make the leprechaun cookies, you’ll need some Nutter Butter cookies, orange and green candy melts, chocolate chips, and different types of festive sprinkles. First, you’ll want to melt the orange and green candy melts and then dip one end of a Nutter Butter cookie into the melted orange candy and then the other side in the melted green candy. You can then use a spoon to smear some of the orange candy up the side of the cookie to create the Leprechaun’s beard. To create the hat, you should melt the chocolate chip cookies and use the melted mixture to draw a line across the green part of the cookie. Then, place a green shamrock sprinkle midway across the line to create a lucky accent. You can use white circular sprinkles to create the Leprechaun’s eyes and a heart-shaped one for the nose.
