Ballinger offered four basic drop cookies on Saturday but her specialty is a decorated sugar cookie. Her compost cookie had a variety of ingredients including pretzels, potato chips, marshmallows, graham crackers, butter and chocolate chips and more, she said. There was also a traditional chocolate chip cookie.
