Belle’s Enchanted Christmas Tree from Magic Kingdom Park –
This is a stack of macarons held together with cranberry buttercream, and cranberry-orange white chocolate ganache.
Be prepared for this one. Macrons are not easy to make.

Gingerbread Cookies from Shanghai Disneyland Resort –
Coming from the Shanghai Disneyland pastry chefs this recipe uses a Gingerbread Cookie mix and kicks it up a notch. Be aware it takes a lot of extra ingredients though!

First off, I love the shape of this one.
The EPCOT pastry chefs have created this amazing recipe, but be aware it’s another one that isn’t as easy as traditional cookies. Be prepared!

Num Num Cookies from Disney’s Hollywood Studios –
This is my kids favorite chocolate chip cookie. We’ve made them a few times here, and browning the butter takes a bit longer but it’s worth it!

Butter Cookies from Hong Kong Disneyland Resort –
There is no way I am going to be able to make them look anywhere near as cute at these, but they are incredible!
The Hong Kong Disneyland pastry chefs, use a yummy butter cookie recipe and then decorate them with royal icing. So CUTE!

Pumpkin Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park –
I wish they had shared this one for Thanksgiving. It’s an Ice cream sandwich made from two cookies and ice cream!
