Ole Mobile Nutrition, a smoothie and juice bar, has leased 1,716 square feet of space at 200 St. Joseph St., in downtown Mobile, according to Josh W. Hall of NAI Mobile, who represented the landlord. The new business will specialize in nutritious meal replacement shakes and energy teas. Ole Mobile Nutrition is set to open in November. Cameron Weavil of The Weavil Company represented the smoothie bar.
Insomnia Cookies has leased 1,000 square feet of space in South Landing commercial center on Old Shell Road across from the University of South Alabama, according to Tim Herrington and Colby Herrington of Herrington Realty. Insomnia Cookies is a nationwide bakery chain that specializes in delivering warm cookies.
South Landing’s tenants include Chicken Salad Chick, Hibachi Express, Lovely Nails & Spa and Salon Whairhouse.
HomeCare has leased 800 square feet of space in The Executive Center at 917 Western America Circle in Mobile, according to Gavin Bender Jr. of Bender Real Estate Group.
